Graphic
Designer's mission is to develop and design brand, marketing and promotional collateral for use across all marketing channels. All these are to be done while given consideration and balance to artistic sensibility, turnaround times, production costs. He/she will also assist Procurement in liaising with printers and suppliers to produce printed materials
Quality
Perform all work in accordance with brand identity guidelines and creative work procedure (PP-CRE-02)
Develop, design and produce brand, marketing and promotional collateral for use across all marketing channels, from concept through to the finished product and all intermediate stages such as making changes according to the needs of requester
Undertake photography and videography of products, place and events, including the ability to set up lighting, conduct product shoots, and operate DSLR cameras using custom/manual settings
Ensures adequate stocks of standard collateral are available at all times
Coordinate with internal and external parties and schedule works by understanding priorities and deadlines of requester
Stay abreast and ahead of industry trends in design and communication through various methods including following industry leaders, peers and reference brands online
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned from time to time
Effectiveness
Always consider balance between cost, looks and turnaround times
Be aware of ongoing costs of all print material and constantly find ways to reduce printing costs while maintaining standards
Assist procurement to work with printers to provide brief, choose materials and production methods, do quality control such as proofing prior to print and ensuring production deadlines and quality are met
Maintain and manage database and guidelines
Maintain and manage index of samples
Maintain and manage digital assets database including images, videos, artwork, design files and templates, ensuring file names are correct and in accordance with PP-ADM-02
Maintain and manage media library of photos and videos from internal and external sources
Maintain brand guidelines by updating to reflect approved changes every month...
Education: Diploma in graphic design or digital media
Language: Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience as
graphic designer in hospitality or fashion industry
Software: Microsoft Office, PC and Mac, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Visual Generative AI
Photography: Competency in setting up lighting, product shoots and using DSLR custom settings, Professional photography training
