• Lên bản vẽ 2D/3D, mô phỏng quá trình rập, tối ưu kết cấu khuôn nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng và tuổi thọ khuôn.
Develop 2D/3D drawings, perform stamping simulations, and optimize mold structures to ensure quality, efficiency, and mold longevity.
• Phối hợp với bộ phận Sản xuất, Chất lượng, Bảo trì để kiểm tra, thử khuôn & cải tiến khuôn đang sử dụng.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to conduct mold inspections, trials, and improvements for current molds.
• Phân tích lỗi của sản phẩm và đề xuất giải pháp chỉnh sửa khuôn.
Analyze defects and propose mold modification solutions.
• Lập hồ sơ kỹ thuật, lưu trữ tài liệu bản vẽ theo quy định của công ty.
Prepare technical documentation and archive drawings following company standards.
• Tham gia đánh giá nhà cung ứng khuôn và phối hợp đặt hàng khi cần.
Participate in mold supplier evaluation and coordinate orders when needed.
• Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Chế tạo máy, Thiết kế khuôn mẫu hoặc tương đương.
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mold Design or related field.
• Có kinh nghiệm 2 - 3 năm trở lên trong thiết kế khuôn dập (ưu tiên lĩnh vực linh kiện ô tô).
2-3 years of experience in mold design (preferably in automotive parts)
• Thành thạo phần mềm thiết kế: AutoCAD, CATIA, UG NX...
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, CATIA, or UG NX.
• Có kiến thức cơ bản về khuôn dập và sản xuất dập. Tư duy kỹ thuật tốt, cẩn thận, khả năng giải quyết vấn đề nhanh.
Basic knowledge of stamping molds and stamping production processes. Strong technical mindset, attention to detail, ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
