Conduct seasonal trend research and benchmarking
Create bag design sketches and illustrations
Select and propose materials (fabrics, webbing, zippers, etc.)
Prepare tech packs and communicate with factories
Review and give feedback on samples
Respond to buyer requests with design solutions
MINOR DUTIES
Research the market and collect samples
Prepare internal presentation materials
Support production schedules and development timelines
Manage design files (AI, PSD, CLO, etc.)
Assist in design tasks for special projects or events
Collaborate with other departments as needed
AUTHORITY & RESPONSIBILITY
Propose design direction
Recommend materials and color palettes
Request sample modifications from factory
Respond to buyer requests and apply changes
Manage design timelines and deliverables
Approve design quality and sample completion
Yêu cầu
Education & Qualification Requirements:
Degree in Design-related field (Fashion, Industrial Design, Textile, etc.)
Proficient in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO, Rhino, etc.)
Experience requirement:
Minimum 3 years in bag or fashion accessory design
Prior experience in ODM/OEM development preferred
Technical requirement:
Strong proficiency in design tools
Understanding of bag construction and materials
English communication skills preferred
