Key Responsibilities:
Standard Cost Management: Establish and maintain a standard cost database; monitor and update standard costs, and propose selling prices.
Management Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present standard cost analysis reports to support management decision-making.
New Product Development (NPD) Support: Collaborate with the Design Department and NPD team to determine costs for new products;
support the evaluation of new products and machinery/equipment investments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or College degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Industrial Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in costing, cost accounting, or cost analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and costs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly responsible.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
