Mô tả công việc
• Confirm to the customers' anytime receive the booking from Manager.
• Diagnose travelers' demands and budget in order to offer suitable advices to travelers on travel products & service
• Use sales techniques and knowledge to promote the company products & services
• Follow up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments as needed, including coordinating with the client's point of contact as the event approaches
• Make alternative arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
• Follow up payment of travelers and overdue before the trip starts
• Provide any and all relevant and useful information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events) to travelers
• Follow up and solve the problem before customers' travelling
• Upsell the optional tours, visa, flight upgraded...
Operation tasks:
• Organize travels from beginning to end by making services reservation with the local/international vendors
• Work closely with the internal Operation team (if necessary) to book minor local services such as tour guide, meals, local homestay, etc...
• Reconfirm all services reservation with vendors before the trip starts
• Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money refund in certain cases
Customer care and other tasks:
• Maintain relationships with travelers and key person
• Follow up travelers' feedback after their trip and report to the team leader (both good and bad feedback).

Yêu cầu công việc
• College or Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
• Proven minimum 1 year working experience as a Travel Consultant / Sales person in Hospitality Industry (Candidates with personal travel experience/working experience with direct consumers will be more preferred)
• Proficiency in English (a must);
• Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
• Risk management skills. Demonstrable ability to handle crises
• Good use of Microsoft Office (Excel; Word; Presentation; etc)
• Interest and/or experience in the travel industry
• Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
Skills:
• Quick and active learning person with good critical thinking
• Have a great team-work spirit
• Well organized and well time-managed
• Creativity and self-learning are also preferable personalities
• Can work under pressure of sales target and KPIs
• Be able to suggest improved ways of working to positively impact people's life and the environment.
