JOB DESCRIPTION
Operate UA campaigns across countries (100+ countries) and channels (Facebook, Google, Unity, Applovin, Ironsource, etc.) to manage and ensure we can scale and evaluate the games efficiently.
Create and follow A/B testings to find the best creative concepts.
Determine the right biddings with respective channels to achieve profit/ROI goals.
Work with the UA and creative team to ensure a smooth working process.
Work with the ads networks and vendors to update UA strategies and manage our UA accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
Have at least 1 year experience in a similar role (UA executive/ performance marketing executive).
Have experience working with puzzle games.
Have a growth mindset to learn and advance.
Be independent but still a team player.
Can use English efficiently in daily communication.
Data-driven yet creative, result-oriented.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage strategies and optimize revenue from advertising on mobile games.
Evaluate revenue potential from advertising channels and partners.
Negotiate with advertising partners to maximize profit.
Utilize tools to monitor and ensure the quality of advertising for users and company products.
Track advertising revenue and related metrics to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and ensure controlled advertising distribution.
REQUIREMENTS
Have more than 1 year of experience at the same position.
Good English skills.
Bachelor's degree in fields such as Data Analysis, Economics, Finance, etc.
Ability to sefl-study and be proactive in work.
Strong analytical skill and attention to detail.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
