Nightshift Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Accountant for US Company

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivables and Payables Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) and experience in managing all asks of Accounts Receivables or Payables for clients, including handling their day-to-day accounting needs. This is a remote position based in Vietnam, with core working hours from 1:00 AM to 8:00AM Vietnam Time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivables and payables for client accounts.
- Create invoices for client's customers based on pre-existing workflows.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their accounting needs in English.
- Record client's vendor invoices as bills.
- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Provide ongoing support to clients with any accounting-related inquiries.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
