About the position
As an NLP Engineer, you will design and develop advanced natural language processing solutions. Your expertise will help build scalable models and algorithms that enhance our systems' ability to understand and process human language, driving insights and improving user experience across platforms.
What You'll Do
- Study and transform data science prototypes into working solutions.
- Design and build innovative NLP applications.
- Select the appropriate annotated datasets to train accurate language models.
- Use effective text representations to transform natural language into useful features.
- Implement the right tools and algorithms to solve NLP challenges.
- Develop and fine-tune NLP systems that meet project goals.
- Train the developed models and run evaluation experiments to ensure they perform effectively.
- Analyze results, refine models, and improve accuracy.
- Expand ML libraries and frameworks for NLP tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advances in AI and machine learning.
What You Come with
- Proven experience as an NLP Engineer or similar role.
- Understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures and modeling.
- Deep understanding of text representation techniques (such as n-grams, bag of words, sentiment analysis etc), statistics and classification algorithms.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Ability to write robust and testable code.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (transformers) or LLM/assistant frameworks (like Langchain or Rasa).
- Strong communication skills.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics or similar field.
