• Lead the deployment of video product lines (IP PoE Cameras, NVR, WiFi/Battery Cameras) from design to mass production.
• Collaborate closely with EMS/ODM partners to monitor and optimize assembly and testing processes.
• Execute and manage the end-to-end NPI lifecycle, including EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP stages.
• Set up and balance new production lines to ensure target yield and ramp-up schedules.
• Develop standard technical documentation, including SOPs and Work Instructions (WI) using visual/video formats.
• Conduct defect analysis and provide real-time troubleshooting for issues arising on the production line.
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and environmental reliability tests (temperature, humidity, vibration).
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI/Manufacturing, with 2-3 years specifically in Video devices (CCTV, NVR, WiFi Camera).
• In-depth knowledge of production line structures, including SMT, DIP, Assembly, Testing, and Packing.
• Proven experience working directly with EMS sub-contractors, preferably in video transmission equipment.
• Technical expertise in Image Signal Processing (ISP), WiFi standards (IEEE 802.11), and video compression (H.264/H.265).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in English for professional communication with global experts and technical documentation.

Work Location
• Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen Province (Shuttle bus provided).
Working Time
• Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Saturday & Sunday off
