Mô tả công việc
- This is one of the most interesting and challenging job which would help to broaden your knowledge about O&M (Operation & Maintenance) activities and its services in renewable energy sector and sharpen your professional engineering skills in wind energy projects. We are seeking an O&M Engineer, who has ready-to-learn attitude, together with our O&M team build up an increasing professional operation and maintenance services for our power plants.
- O&M Engineer is involved to these main tasks:
- Continuously have direct and remote monitoring and evaluation to the execution of O&M at sites.
- Monitor execution deviations to avoid over-dues and communicate clear O&M plans to site management in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with tenders, wind turbine experts, consulting agencies and employees at sites/plants to implement proper O&M schedules, take preventive or corrective actions for any operating issues.
- Usually check quality and have appropriate execution of O&M service orders and ensure they are within the required safety standards.
- Give guidance and assist technicians in the maintenance process and fault finding of assets.
- Periodically report the progress of wind projects/tenders (errors, incidents or problems) to take immediate responsive actions and ensure wind farm performance requirements are met.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree which majoring in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- English: Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Intermediate level of PC Skills and MS Office.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently without constant direction.
- Able to climb Wind Turbines and travel to sites/power plants (60%).
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
