Mô tả công việc
* Job Purpose:
- Ensure efficient operations through careful coordination of Quality Operation, Technical Operation and Manufacturing timely and accurate information with focus on developing production schedules and priorities to meet overall Planning objectives.
* Job Duties:
- Order handling from getting order from our customer to closing this order.
- Handling in ERP System
- Preparing of delivery schedules and scenarios continuous order monitoring and providing updates to our customer
- Holding teams meetings/ telephone conferences with our customer
- Control Inventory Supply to Production line
- Coordinate the associated document review and approval process to meet the target timeline, in collaboration with Quality - Operation, Technical Operation and Manufacturing
- Maintain database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents
- Other assigned tasks assigned by Direct supervision.
Yêu cầu
* Educational Requirement
- BA in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
* Experience:
- Experience: 2-3 years' experience in materials management related field.
* Knowledge Required
- Order handling in a ERP system
- Clearly understand new and current Order processing department tools and processes
- Continually evaluate the current processes and tools to determine their ability to meet the department's business needs
- Knowledge of interrelationships in the supply chain
- Knowledge about production processes
- Experience with production companies
- Develop and facilitate specialized training as needed
* Skill Requirements
- Advanced PC skills, with emphasis on spreadsheet skills and ERP/MRP experience (MS Office and SAP desirable)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. (English must have)
- Strong analytic, project management and applied statistical skills
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills are a must
