Your Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize or execute complex generic administrative processes, in an organization area assigned.
Draft or ensure implementation of functional standards, policies and guidelines.
Analyze processes, identify deficiencies and recommend remediation measures.
Research information, evaluate or validate information and create reports or recommendations.
Manage improvement or optimization projects in a business or a function assigned.
Advise accountable management in own area of expertise.
Your Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in office administration for 1-2 years is an advantage.
Strong organization, communication skill and attention to detail.
Proactive team player, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Decent English communication skill.
