We are currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of Officer, HRBP to work at Phu Hung Khang - Hoa Binh.
Main Responsibility
This position is responsible for implementing all HR operational activities in PHK.
Key Responsibilities
1. C&B Support
• Check monthly attendance records for all employees.
• Prepare monthly working schedule data for upload into HRIS system.
• Collect employee information and documents and submit to C&B team (PIT declaration, dependent registration, health insurance).
2. Employee Relations Support
• Act as the contact point to receive and answer employees' questions related to HRIS system, social insurance and health insurance.
• Follow up labor contract renewal/termination with departments and deliver labor contracts to employees.
3. Training Support
• Work with vendors to arrange training agendas and seek approval for training costs.
• Support logistics and arrange rooms for mandatory training courses such as labor safety, fire fighting & prevention, and first aid.
4. Other HR Operations
• Coordinate with Admin Department to organize annual health check for employees.
• Organize team building activities, year-end party and outing trips.
• Perform other HR/Admin tasks as assigned.
