About The Role:
In this role, you will support and coordinate end-to-end procurement activities for indirect goods and services, ensuring business needs are met efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with procurement governance. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence, supplier performance, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing & Supplier Management:
• Execute sourcing and negotiation for ad-hoc requisitions in line with procurement policies and cost objectives.
• Negotiate commercial and, when required, technical terms with suppliers.
• Manage supplier qualification, assessment, compliance, and performance.
• Maintain supplier master data and support supplier governance activities.
• Monitor and mitigate supply risks through appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Drive supplier engagement in sustainability and carbon emission initiatives.
• Build effective supplier relationships and continuously challenge opportunities for improvement.
2. Procure-to-Pay (P2P):
• Manage
purchasing activities for indirect categories from requisition through payment.
• Track purchase orders, delivery status, open orders, and procurement cycle time.
• Monitor supplier delivery and quality performance and coordinate with end users to resolve issues.
• Ensure supplier compliance with legal, ethical, quality, and company requirements.
• Support vendor code and item code creation.
• Ensure complete and timely submission of supporting documents to Finance for payment.
• Support sample development activities for indirect and direct categories.
3. Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with relevant departments and other stakeholders to understand requirements and manage procurement risks.
• Support supplier assessments and ensure alignment with procurement standards and business requirements.
• Promote effective collaboration across teams and drive continuous process improvement.
4. Other Responsibilities:
• Support procurement projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other assignments as required by the Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in Procurement/Manufacturing preferred.
• Good understanding about sourcing, supplier management, and/or Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ME, or SAP Digital Manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proactive, adaptable, self-motivated, collaborative, and willing to challenge the status.
• Strong digital mindset with an interest in process digitalization.
• Good English communication.
