As the Vietnamese market increasingly shifts toward high-quality biosimilars and more affordable biologic therapies, Nam Linh aims to become the leading biosimilar commercialization platform in Vietnam. We are looking for an Oncology Marketing / Product Manager who can help build this next stage of growth.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute brand and commercialization strategies for assigned oncology products.
Build product positioning, key messages, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
Lead pre-launch and launch planning for new oncology medicines and biosimilars.
Translate clinical evidence into clear and practical materials for physicians, pharmacists, hospital stakeholders, and the sales team.
Build relationships with oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists, KOLs, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
Monitor product performance and recommend actions to increase market share.
University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Approximately 3-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, medical marketing, or commercial roles.
Experience in oncology, hematology, biologics, or specialty pharmaceuticals strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product marketing and the Vietnamese hospital market.
Ability to understand and communicate clinical data, treatment pathways, and product differentiation.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with market data, competitor information, pricing, and forecasts.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Good working proficiency in English and Vietnamese, including the ability to communicate with international pharmaceutical partners.
High level of ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
