As a Project Manager with Scrum experience, you will be responsible for leading software development projects and facilitating the Agile process to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output. Your primary focus will be to manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and guide your team through Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban. You will play a key role in tracking project progress, removing obstacles, and ensuring that all deliverables align with project goals and expectations. Additionally, you will foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
REQUIREMENTS

This is a full-time position requiring 40 working hours per week.
Graduated from top Vietnamese universities (FPT, HCMUT, HCMUS, HUST, UIT, etc) and/ or top universities around the world.
Bachelor's Degree in CS (Computer Science) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years experience of as a project manager in the software industry, with a strong background in managing and coordinating software development projects.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, successfully managing and coordinating teams of 10 or more members. Demonstrated ability to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Expertise in leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Knowledgeable in various Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFe.
Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, and Confluence, with the ability to effectively track project progress, manage backlogs, and report on key metrics.
Experience in collaborating with cross-departmental teams, including HR, QA/QC, and others, to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications.

REQUIREMENTS

Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
Experience with Docker and cloud services like AWS
