POSITION: YOUTUBE NETWORK OPERATOR FRESHER
1. Key responsibilities:
Proactively update Youtube policies to the internal team and clients.
Monitor Youtube channels to detect and solve violations related to copyright, metadata, etc.
Improve customer support process with a customer-oriented attitude.
Solve clients' requests within 24h (via email, contact form, facebook).
Assist the IT team when the Operation team needs to deliver new content, create new features, or test new upgrades.
Assist other teams in managing clients' databases.
2. Requirements:
Excellence in Vietnamese & English.
Fresh graduate or 4th year student.
"Get sh*t done" spirit.
Radical integrity, shared responsibility and aims for excellent
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Have a personal laptop & good internet connection at home.
Love music or having a law background is a plus.

POSITION: HR Admin Fresher
Reporting line: CEO
Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain personnel records
Maintenance of the actuality and correctness of all the stored data about employees and HR-related information
Take responsibilities for recruitment tasks under the recruitment procedure
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Work with C&B service for monthly payroll and employment documents in accordance with the government law (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
In charge of the internal events (team building, YEP etc)
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
Requirements
Passion in working with people
Desire to develop the career path in professional HR role
Bachelor's degree in any majority
