About the Role
As a Helper, you'll assist with data entry, ordering products, organizing receipts, and performing other administrative tasks.
Your role will involve working closely with our Executive Assistant to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, freeing up their time to focus on high-level tasks. You'll gain exposure to working with a Western business owner and multicultural team, providing you with unique insights into business operations.
Your Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, product ordering, and maintaining organized records.
Receipt Management: Accurately categorize and organize receipts, invoices, and bank statements following company procedures.
Task Coordination: Help manage daily activities and projects to keep things running smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Detail-Oriented & Self-Starter: Quick to pick up tasks, efficient in organizing and categorizing documents with minimal supervision.
