JOB DESCRIPTION
Build
and manage the company's social media channels and community groups.
Develop
and execute comprehensive marketing content to promote our Web3 products
and services.
Conduct
market research to identify target markets, understand customer needs, and
develop buyer personas.
Create
and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social
media, email marketing, content marketing, and community engagement.
Collaborate
with the product team to define and refine value propositions and
messaging aligned with our products and company objectives.
Drive
brand awareness and thought leadership in the Web3 space through content
creation, thought pieces, blog posts, and speaking engagements.
Monitor
and analyze marketing performance metrics, leveraging data to optimize
campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Stay
up to date with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in
Web3 marketing and web e-commerce.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum
3 years of experience in Social Media or Community Management, with at
least 2 years focused on crypto articles and strong industry knowledge.
Excellent
written English skills, with the ability to write flexibly, creatively,
and precisely.
Passion
for blockchain and a commitment to contributing to the Web3 ecosystem.
Proficiency
in managing and utilizing social media platforms, particularly Twitter and
Telegram.
Proactive,
detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
Strong
sense of responsibility, coordination abilities, and teamwork spirit.
Knowledgeable
in blockchain, crypto, and NFTs.
Willingness
to learn and adapt to flexible work hours.
Candidates
