The People and Culture Intern is a Yugoer at heart and lives our purpose of enabling aspiring minds to make their difference in the world.
Lead the passion for service with our Yugoers and drive an experience lead culture into everything we do and say. You will be the driving force behind delivering outstanding and market leading standards for all our students. You will create and implement our brand service standards that enable Yugo to deliver a consistent high level of service.
It's a big job! You are a self-starter and a flawless communicator who is continuously looking to innovate with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver the employee experience.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Liaise with internal teams to support their recruitment.
Support with Training /Translations on the recruitment process as needed.
Encourage and provide support on employer branding.
Internal Yugoers content
Assist with the design of materials for employer brand
Create content for internal communication channels
Support the creation of digital (vlog/video) content for internal and external channel
Support activities via collaboration and relevant content
Research And Reporting
Complete monthly reports as per department needs
Daily Activities
Update HRIS on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Assist with HR administration and HR systems (Yulife, Quinyx, iCIMS, YuGoal, YuLearn, etc)
Collaborate with other team members on various training programs. Follow up on progress and assist the training team if needed.
Support Payroll administration across different UE markets
Resolve and support general HR queries
and most importantly, have fun while you're at it!

Experience and Knowledge
Essential
Currently studying or recently completed BA (Human Resources, Psychology)
Ability to handle multiple tasks;
Attention to detail;
Speak and write fluently in English;
Self-starter who shows initiative;
Passionate about making a real difference to student lives;
Passionate about people's development and growth.
Qualification and/or willingness to undertake training for Carbon Literacy
Desirable
Basic video editing skills
Creative
Microsoft Office skills specifically Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
Basic understanding of Adobe creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Camtasia and Canva.
Fluency in English and preferably another language from one of Yugo operating countries.
