Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Communications Intern with a passion for fostering a vibrant and connected workplace culture. Responsibilities
Internal branding (60%)
Draft, edit, and publish engaging content for our internal platforms, including newsletters, blog posts, and announcements
Act as the primary point of contact and coordinator for all hobby clubs, providing organizational and promotional support
Assist in the planning and execution of internal events, including town halls, team bonding activities, and other engagement initiatives led by the Communications Department
Maintain and update our internal communication channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging employee experience
Employer branding (20%)
Participate in content ideation and production for Katalon's social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube) in collaboration with the Marketing and HR teams
Creative Initiatives: Propose and execute innovative ideas to strengthen our online presence and enhance our appeal as a top employer
Event Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of external events, including: Careers Fair, Tech Talks, Company tour
Others (20%)
Manage the full video production cycle, from ideation and scriptwriting to filming and post-production
Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by the manager
Requirements
New graduate or final-year student able to commit to full-time work for at least 6 months.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Extroverted or ambivert personality, with a natural talent for connecting people and building communities.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Basic experience with design or video editing tools (e.g., Figma, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
