To support the billing process by ensuring accurate data reconciliation, invoice process and timely reporting with maintaining strong attention to detail.
How you create impact
• Prepare billing reports for customers
• Reconcile expense reports with operations data and confirm with suppliers
• Process and book suppliers' invoices
• Monitor tax payments
• Perform data entry and upload documents to the system
• Submit documents for approval/ signature
What we would like you to bring
• Willing to learn and adapt to new environment
• Basic knowledge about import / export process
• Good knowledge in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Good English communication skill (both verbal & written)
• Other requirements: teamwork, customer orientation, analysis & judgment, managing performance
