Job Description
Supportorganize and coordinate training sessions and workshops
Support trainers during sessions and manage participant needs
Collect and analyze feedback to improve training programs
Maintain accurate training records and databases
Handle L&D internal services, learning programs and events
Other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor (market research, paperwork...)
Qualifications
For 4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
Can work minimum 4 days/week
Having experience/interest in organizing activities
Having interests in HR, especially Learning and Development
Having good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Having full skill practices and applications of Excel, PowerPoint, Canva,..
Being customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
Having experience/knowledge of Mailchimp and Google Sie is a plus
