The part you will play
As a Finance Intern, you will take charge of
Collecting and processing data from platforms, systems on a weekly/monthly basis
Support to handle the booking of Retail transactions from the platforms (e.g., Lazada and Shopee)
Invoicing to customers when required
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as recording entries, reconciling books of accounts and Balance sheet Account management,
Sending Statement of Accounts to clients and following up the collection. Maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators for the accounts receivable accounting function
3-way-matching purchased invoices in NetSuite
Independently and effectively work with company operational staff and others to assure the proper and timely submission of invoices
Maintain master files such as product list; maintain transaction details in systems
Support Senior Accountant update and maintain Trackers, follow with other Stake Holders for any issues, delay on processing or payment/collection
Handling supporting documentation
Support other team members to complete tasks
Other duties as assigned by the Senior managers
