The team you will be part of
The Digital Marketing Team is the engine behind data-driven growth for our brand partners across Southeast Asia's eCommerce landscape. Specializing in performance marketing across marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada & TikTok, we focus on the entire 360-degree customer journey and build better digital experiences at each stage of the funnel. From media planning to real-time optimization and analytics on Meta, Google & Programmatic, the team partners closely with clients to unlock the full potential of eCommerce marketing-turning insights into action, and clicks into conversions.
The part you will play
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to be based in Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam, who can drive forward our marketing services as a critical part of Intrepid's overall business. This person will be together with the Senior executive/ executive on handling a variety of our leading Brand partners in the Beauty & Health-care category, to help them seize the full potential of e-commerce-driven digital marketing.
As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will take charge of
Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive key KPI metrics across ecommerce marketplaces (Shopee, Tiktokshop, Lazada) with the main focus on TikTokshop
Work closely with Senior executive/ executive to develop marketing plans and KPIs, as well as ongoing reporting
Control revenue delivery and budget ads spending, including daily optimization and providing real-time ads optimization recommendations
Requirements
What we are looking for - the ideal profile
Has proficiency in business communication in English, capable of handling daily communication with clients and managing regular meetings effectively.
Previous 3-6 months (digital) marketing/e-commerce marketing experience, either working with e-commerce platforms or a marketing role in a media agency/e-commerce enabler/distributor is a strong plus
Basic knowledge and hands-on campaign execution experience on ecommerce Marketplace Ads (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktokshop) as well as experience in different digital media platforms such as but not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Tik Tok Ads, [protected info] a strong plus
Possess basic project management skills, including the ability to coordinate tasks and ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Understanding of performance success metrics as well as tracking tools (ecommerce tracking, Google analytics, Google tag manager, Facebook Pixel tracking, UTM, 3rd Party Ad Serving (Campaign Manager) is the strong plus
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced client-driven start-up and ecommerce environment
