Responsibilities
The E-Merchandise Executive is responsible for ensuring optimal brand representation and user experience across e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on managing and executing the visual and operational aspects of online stores to maximize customer engagement, drive conversions, and meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
Guideline Management:
Manage creative output and implement visibility guidelines for brand representation across platforms, including campaign-specific pages and onsite decorations.
Ensure alignment with brand identity and campaign goals to support long-term growth of e-stores.
Platform New Initiatives & Market Trend:
Stay up to date with the latest tools, features, and activities on e-commerce platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
Quickly adapt and implement new platform initiatives, integrating them into the creative strategy for on-site displays and visibilities.
Have sensitivity about social media trends and translate them into innovative creative assets that resonate with the target audience on e-commerce platforms.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute detailed Design Checklist tailored to different campaigns, including SIS decoration, banner layouts, and product displays, ...
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Campaign, Creative) to align campaign design and messaging with brand objectives and customer insights.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Oversee the setup and quality check of SIS and E-Store displays, ensuring they meet brand standards and are optimized for user experience.
Conduct regular audits of onsite visibilities, banners, and product content to maintain consistency and quality. Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and complies with platform requirements.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-Commerce, creative or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in Merchandise Advisor, Creative Marketing, or a similar role with a focus on Online Visual Merchandising and Campaign Management.
Skills:
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
