Work location: 11th Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Work hour: From 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. One Saturday per month, from 08:00 to 12:00.
Job description: You will be part of our Contract Logistics - Distribution team, adding your knowledge + perspective to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Your will be responsible for supporting the team with our daily activities + projects. You will do this by collaborating with various key stakeholders while focusing on the following key tasks:
Assist in hunting down and building relationships with trucking vendors, be the go-to person who finds the best partners.
Coordinate daily communications with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time service.
Help to maintain a vendor database with up-to-date performance and contract information.
Get involved in creating winning proposals to help us win new business (tenders and bids).
Assist in cost analysis and service comparison reports.
To provide any other administrative support within the team.
