Job Description
You will join our Talent Acquisition team as an Intern, based in Ho Chi Minh. Talent Acquisition is the key pillar that allows Mantu to grow sustainably by attracting and recruiting tomorrow's talents, crafting smooth recruitment processes, and ensuring a first-rate candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify and process recruitment needs shared by hiring managers.
Conduct pre-selection interviews through phone calls.
Follow up on recruitment processes.
Approach and promote Mantu on job boards and social networks.
Build and develop a network of candidates.
Act as a point of contact, maintaining influential candidate relationships.
Benchmark and improve recruitment processes.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance recruitment strategies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
Curious, proactive, and with a solution-driven mindset.
Interest in using generative AI tools to enhance productivity is considered a plus.
