Get to Know the Role
As a Marketing Specialist for GrabMart, you will play a vital role in driving our marketing and commercial plans. You'll be responsible for closely monitoring and optimizing our channels, leading campaigns, and ensuring seamless collaboration with various teams. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work primarily from Grab's office at Mapletree Business Centre in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, with flexible hybrid working options.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will monitor business performance of channels and marketing initiatives, both digital and in-app, and make recommendations for optimization.
You will contribute to the development and execution of weekly and monthly marketing and commercial plans.
You will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of thematic and seasonal campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
You will spearhead super brand week/day initiatives for merchant and brand partners, in collaboration with various internal teams.
You will brief and work closely with our in-house creative team to develop communication assets.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
Bachelor's degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Communications, and/or Business Administration
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
Over 1.5 years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of handling marketing or commercial initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape and e-commerce strategies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with large and diverse teams.
