LIXIBOX International Brand Team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented university student to support our Creator, UGC and Affiliate Marketing campaigns for the U.S. market.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with international creators and gain hands-on experience in:
Researching and sourcing creators across TikTok, Instagram, Insense and Amazon
Supporting creator outreach, communication and follow-ups
Tracking product shipments, content progress, revisions and posting deadlines
Managing creator information, live links, affiliate links, promotional codes and ad codes
Reviewing published content against campaign briefs and agreed deliverables
Supporting Amazon Creator and Affiliate operations
Preparing and organizing email confirmations, SOWs, contracts and payment documents
Coordinating with Admin, Logistics and other internal teams
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Third- or fourth-year university student
Strong written and spoken English; IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent is preferred
Highly organized and attentive to details, links, data and deadlines
Proactive, responsible and comfortable following tasks through until completion
Able to work independently and manage multiple ongoing tasks
Interested in Influencer Marketing, UGC, TikTok, Amazon Affiliate, E-commerce, Beauty or Wellness
Familiarity with Google Sheets, filters and basic formulas is a plus
Previous experience is not required

ROLE DETAILS
Position: Creator & E-commerce Operations Assistant
Working format: Remote
Engagement type: Monthly freelance contract
Schedule: Flexible around university commitments, with clear expectations for deadlines and response times
Monthly fee: 4,000,000 VND
Reports to: Arie - International Brand Team
Working schedule: Office-hour availability is preferred. Evening working hours may be considered if the candidate can consistently meet deadlines, provide complete progress updates and remain responsive when reporting or clarification is required.
