JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Recruiter (RPO) - Semiconductor Industry
Location: Ha Noi (Cau Giay)
Job Summary:
As an RPO Recruiter for the Semiconductor Industry, you will work closely with the client's HR team to manage end-to-end recruitment processes tailored to their specific semiconductor needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the semiconductor sector to fill highly technical and engineering roles effectively. You will be responsible for delivering on agreed recruitment goals, ensuring a seamless experience for both the client and candidates, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and client-specific guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for the client's HR and hiring managers, understanding their talent needs.
Develop a strong relationship with the client's stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and recruitment strategy.
Attend regular client meetings to provide recruitment updates, market insights, and progress reports on open positions.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Execute full-cycle recruitment, from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates to final offer negotiation.
Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, networking events, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
Recruitment Strategy & Process Optimization:
Develop recruitment strategies to attract both active and passive candidates in the competitive semiconductor market.
Continuously improve recruitment processes by leveraging client feedback, market trends, and data-driven insights.
Identify potential process inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance the overall RPO service delivery.
Reporting & Metrics:
Maintain detailed records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with client requirements and legal standards.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and satisfaction scores.
Provide data-driven insights to the client to refine hiring strategies and meet workforce demands.
Market Research & Talent Mapping:
Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and emerging technologies within the semiconductor industry.
Conduct competitive research and talent mapping to identify top talent in regions where the client operates.
Provide insights into salary benchmarking and talent pools to help clients make informed decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the semiconductor, technology, or engineering industries.
Prior experience working within an RPO model is highly desirable.
Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for highly technical roles.
Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including experience with high-volume and niche hiring.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to build long-term relationships with both client stakeholders and candidates.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
Familiarity with recruitment management tools and reporting systems.
