Responsibility 1: Operation Excellence Analysis
-Perform collecting, cleaning and processing data to serve for report of operation performance in employees, operation procedures, vehicles management,
-Build and implement the new and complex methods for collecting data to serve operational outputs,
-Make visualizing and update for Operation data,
-Conduct daily checking performance of dashboard and resolve issues arising to ensure the dashboard runs smoothly,
-Manage and track data to provide promptly action in performance reports in OOS or ad-hoc request.
Responsibility 2: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support for business decision making
-Provide ad hoc and deep-dive analysis and dashboard,
-Conduct analysis of employees support replenishment and find factors or key indicators affecting operation performance,
-Make operation performance analysis by stores, by seasonal events.
Responsibility 3: Prepare other reports and other supporting
-Prepare daily, weekly, quarterly reports for management.
-Perform other task assigned by Line Manager and HOD.
Responsibility 4: Build, process and deploy new system and operation application
-Prepare, define and analyze operation algorithm, procedures in picking, packing and delivery app,
-Manage and build basics and advanced reports and database for new system to support HOD and Line Manager requests.
- Follow and manage project timeline and others relevant functions process.
