Affiliate Booking Specialist
to develop and optimize its KOC/KOL and Creator partnership network, driving sustainable revenue growth through data-driven affiliate marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creator Sourcing & Evaluation:
Identify, research, and evaluate KOCs, KOLs, and
content creators based on audience relevance, content quality, brand alignment, performance, and growth potential.
End-to-End Booking Management:
Manage the entire collaboration process, from outreach, sample seeding, negotiation, and content posting to performance tracking and optimization.
Commercial Negotiation:
Negotiate commission rates, fixed fees, incentives, deliverables, and partnership terms while balancing costs, profitability, and long-term relationships.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze GMV, revenue, order volume, ROI, and content posting (air) rates to identify high-performing creators and determine when to scale, test, optimize, or discontinue collaborations.
Campaign Optimization:
Recommend improvements to creator selection, content angles, commission structures, incentives, budgets, and collaboration models based on performance data.
Livestream Partnership Management:
Track partner livestream schedules, evaluate results, and propose strategies to improve performance.
Ambassador Program Management:
Manage ambassador partnerships and contracts, conduct periodic performance reviews, and recommend tier-based benefits and incentives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams on partnership briefs, campaign timelines, media deliverables, and execution.
Reporting & Process Development:
Maintain performance dashboards, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and develop scalable affiliate marketing playbooks.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOC/KOL Booking, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or a related field.
Hands-on experience managing the full creator collaboration lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to negotiation, tracking, and performance optimization.
Ability to analyze key performance metrics, including GMV, revenue, order volume, ROI, and content posting rates.
Good command of English, equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above, with the ability to communicate and negotiate with international creators and partners.
Proactive in building and maintaining a creator network and managing outreach, sample seeding, and booking plans.
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and coordination skills.
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance commission rates, fixed fees, incentives, budgets, and business objectives.
Familiarity with Base/CRM systems, TikTok Affiliate Center, and Ads Center, or the ability to learn these tools quickly.
High ownership, accountability, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Adaptable, proactive in learning new technologies, and interested in applying AI tools to sourcing, research, analytics, and workflow optimization.
Ability to work collaboratively and provide guidance to junior team members or collaborators when needed.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation
Monthly salary: VND 15,000,000 - 20,000,000, plus performance-based bonuses.
Annual bonuses typically paid 1-2 times per year, averaging approximately 1-3 months of salary, depending on business performance and individual contribution.

WORKING SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (office-based).
