Maintain good relationships with vessel owners, brokers, and logistics partners to expand the network of competitive suppliers.
Possess skills to negotiate with owners and customers to optimize shipment profitability for the company.
Identify and cultivate new clients for the company.
Identify and develop new potential owners for the company.
Conduct surveys, provide updates, and offer strategies to the Board of Directors on freight rates, clients, and market fluctuations.
Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors/Manager.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a relevant or equivalent position.
Major: Economics, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Maritime.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of logistics, foreign trade, customs, and import/export procedures.
English Proficiency: Proficient in all 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Skills: Highly responsible, strong management skills, and the ability to quickly and effectively grasp and solve problems.

Thời gian nghỉ trưa : 12:00 - 13:30
Sáng Thứ 7 làm việc luân phiên. Từ 1 -2 ngày/tháng theo sự phân công của Công ty.
