Perform duties according to SOP and Transport Management System (Operation System) Manuals and
ensure each step is performed according to KPI's set.
Basic communication with relevant parties:
o Rhenus Network/Agents: Ensure receipt of full Pre-Alert documents and Shipment EDI.
o Customers/In-house Department/Subcontractors: Ensure smooth arrangement of Customs Clearance & Delivery or Shipment Hand-over.
· Preparation, collection, completion and submission of required documentation during shipment handling process.
· Airfreight Import Shipment creation and conversion to Job in operation system.
· Pro-active Airfreight Import Shipment monitoring and data entry of Mandatory Status Codes in Operation system.
· Ensure required documentation in the job file.
On-time escalation of Airfreight Import shipment irregularities to next level of authority.
