Operation Formulation Specialist

1. Education & Professional Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Animal Nutrition, Feed Science, Aquaculture, or related fields.
2. Experience
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in: Animal or aquafeed formulation; Feed mill or operational formulation environments.
• Hands-on experience in: Working with formulation software; Monitoring raw material prices and updating nutritional databases; Supporting the implementation of formulations in production.
• Solid professional foundation in: Animal and aquafeed nutrition and formulation; Feed raw materials and nutritional data management.
• Demonstrated ability to: Execute formulations in accordance with approved guidelines and frameworks; Analyze formulation cost, nutritional value, and technical constraints.
• Capable of: Preparing accurate and reliable input data for planning activities; Proposing formulation options within assigned authority and defined boundaries.
