RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as an intermediary department, connecting departments and streamlining processes.
Utilizes technology to optimize workflows.
Monitor and implement processes on technology platforms.
Review and approve system requests.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of operational processes and procedures.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and identify trends.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of operational processes and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of
operational activities.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational documentation, including standard
operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
Supports the Operations team in various tasks and projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
Having a logical mindset and problem-solving skill.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
applications.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Prior experience or coursework in operations management or related fields is a plus.
