Job Responsibilities
Take charge of overall operation and management, covering human resources, administration, finance and daily operations. Promote corporate culture and deliver sound office support and employee welfare services. Key duties are listed as follows:
1. Complete HR procedures including employee onboarding, separation and probation confirmation; manage attendance records, payroll calculation and disbursement, social insurance & welfare declaration and payment, as well as individual income tax calculation and filing.
2. Coordinate and resolve all labor disputes and employee conflicts.
3. Handle work visa applications for foreign employees; issue employment certificates, income certificates and other employee documents upon request.
4. Compile and maintain personnel ledgers and labor cost data, prepare various HR reports; draft HR-related agreements and documents compliant with local Vietnamese regulations.
5. Manage company fixed assets and coordinate relevant resources, including procurement, distribution and recovery of office supplies & equipment, as well as supplier screening and performance assessment.
6. Undertake other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
负责运营管理工作,包含人事、行政、财务、运营等工作,推广企业文化,为员工提供良好的办公与员工关怀服务。具体如下:
1. 负责员工入职、离职、转正等人事手续办理;负责员工考勤记录、薪资核算发放、社保福利申报缴纳、个税核算及申报工作;
2. 统筹处理各类劳动争议与员工纠纷;
3.负责外籍员工工作签证相关办理事宜;按需开具在职证明、收入证明等各类员工证明文件
4. 统计整理人员台账、人力成本,制作各类人事数据报表;拟定越南当地的人力资源相关的协议文档
5. 负责公司固定资产管理与资源对接,包括各类办公资产的采购、分发和回收,各类供应商的遴选与考核
6. 完成上级安排的其他临时性工作
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's degree or above; minimum 2 years of working experience in human resources. Experience in administration, finance or general operations is preferred.
2. Proficient in Vietnam's labor law, social insurance regulations and individual income tax rules, with full hands-on experience in end-to-end local HR workflows.
3. Native proficiency in Vietnamese, fluent in Chinese or English.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, proactive work attitude, strong stress tolerance and good team player spirit.
5. Prior team management experience with proven managerial capabilities; adept at cross-departmental collaboration and integration of local onshore resources.
6. Skilled in Microsoft Office suite with strong data analysis capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
Basic finance knowledge; holding a Vietnamese accounting practitioner certificate; membership of Vietnam Accountants Association (VAA) or title of Junior Accountant and above is highly preferred.

4. 优秀的沟通协调能力和积极的工作态度,抗压力强,团队合作意识佳。
5. 带过团队,有一定管理经验和能力;擅长跨部门协作与属地资源整合。
6. 熟练操作Office办公软件,具备较强的数据分析能力。
任职要求(加分项)
具备财务基础,持有越南会计从业资格证书,有越南会计协会(VAA)会员资质、初级会计师及以上职称优先
