Invest Talent JSC is supporting our client in hiring an Operation Manager for their new power bank rental service project.
Working time: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
Build, lead, and manage the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Develop and implement operational strategies to support business objectives and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure rental services meet market demands and quality standards
Build the optimization of business processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Ensure company operations are adapted to the Vietnamese market, including compliance with local regulations and meeting customer needs.
Manage company resources, including human, financial, and material resources, to ensure efficient utilization.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the technology or rental service industry.
In-depth knowledge of modern operational management processes and methodologies, including supply chain management, logistics, and equipment maintenance.
Strong knowledge of technologies related to service management software.
Knowledge of legal regulations and requirements related to providing services and electronic devices in Vietnam.
Deep understanding of the market context and specific challenges of deploying power bank rental services in Vietnam.
Understanding of cultural characteristics and customs of Vietnamese people to ensure smooth integration and adaptation to the local business environment.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
