Mô tả công việc

1. Job Overview
Responsible for the provision and delivery of the production & shipping operations plan in line with the Production Master Schedule (PMS) and Delivery Master Schedule (DMS). To support day-to-day planning activities (materials, resources) ensuring on-time in full delivery (OTIF) and right first time (RFT).
Responsible for all activities related to Production and Shipping planning in the plant as well as the Semi-Finished Goods Warehouse.
2. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
2.1. Accountable for delivering the overall Operational Plan of Production and Shipping to meet the plant's demand requirements and inventory targets.
2.2. Accountable for MRP in SAP to trigger signals (STOs and Stock replenishment) for Production.
2.3. Responsible for inventory issues, changes in production plans, and cancellations.
2.4. Evaluating materials supply plan and weekly demand to identify gaps in service to develop suitable weekly production plans.
2.5. Create and release a weekly shipping plan to the IMEX team for shipment execution.
2.6. Oversee the production of semi-finished/finished goods and appropriate schedules for work over short-, medium-, and long-term planning horizons, considering production capacity, resources planning, materials availability, and forecasting.
2.7. Driving the monthly and weekly capacity of production lines to ensure the best optimization that meets Demand requirements and Plant performance.
2.8. Monitor, record, and work with the Production Managers/ Quality Supervisors/ IE on progress/issues regarding MPS/PMS adherence, demand fulfillment, and stock replenishments.
2.9. Ensuring the consumption of the semi-finished goods, ordering and receiving within the allowed deviations against the forecast.
2.10. Responsible for changeovers, coordinating with Production and Engineering/IE in saving changeover of equipment and materials.
2.11. Work closely with the Raw Material procurement and IMEX team to determine suitable materials availability and delivery dates for each item to satisfy business needs, customer requests, and PMS/DMS.
2.12. Calculate and confirm the deviation factors of materials (Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Goods) consumption for each quarter.
2.13. Responsible for all KPIs of Operational Planning KPIs and Semi-Finished Goods Warehouse (SFWH) Operations.
2.14. Monitor and improve the operative costs budget of the Semi-Finished Goods Warehouse.
2.15. To drive spending and cost reduction, while maximizing business value.
2.16. Develop and improve SFWH processes to promote faster service, efficiency, and lower costs.
2.17. Perform and engage with the cross-functional team (Supply Chain Planning, Production, Engineering, Procurement, Materials Management, Production, QA, CSR,...) to provide Operational planning leadership/ownership as required.
2.18. Responsible for the development of 'fit for purpose' Planning procedures, processes & policies working with the Senior Leadership Team, encouraging best practices and a culture of Continuous improvement across all planning & materials management processes.
2.19. Complete weekly and month-end analysis of Operations/Planning performance and issue reports / KPIs as required.
2.20. Responsible for other tasks/projects related to Operational Planning and Materials control if any.
2.21. Ensure all transactions related to Operational planning, and SFWH processes in SAP are performed correctly and timely.
2.22. SAP Key User for the Operational Planning, and SFWH functions.
2.23. Responsible for ISO, Safety, and Quality compliance.
2.24. To inform Management of any irregularities or problems that require assistance.
2.25. Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate.
2.26. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
2.27. Having the authorities within the assigned function.
2.28. Adhere to Company quality systems.
2.29. Adhere to Company Safety Rules.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education and working experience required
1. Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or relevant.
2. Experience:
Professional experience:
- 8+ years of working experience. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Production and Shipping planning.
Leadership experience:
- 3 years experience in managing a team of > 05 employees.
Technical knowledge:
- Production Planning
- Shipping Planning
- Warehouse Management

Prerequisites for the assignment:
- Language: Good at English communication (verbal & written)
- MS Office and other applications:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Power Point, Word, and Excel (Macro basic)
+ Familiar with SAP & ERP
