* Coordinate production orders with third-party apparel manufacturers.
* Monitor production progress and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
* Coordinate the import of fabrics and trims, and the export of finished garments.
* Communicate daily with factories, suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
* Prepare and maintain production schedules, reports, and operational documentation.
* Identify problems early and propose practical solutions.
* Work closely with the management team to support the growth of our Vietnam operations.
Yêu cầu
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
* Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Experience in apparel manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, import/export, or operations is an advantage, but not essential.
