Job Description

The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and driving efficiency in our ecommerce operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of system design and implementation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

What Will You Do

Oversee day-to-day operations of our Print-On-Demand platform (PrintBase), including sourcing, order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and streamline processes.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve arising problems, ensure seamless operation and provide prompt support required to boost the business.
Lead operational projects to design and implement new systems/product features or enhancements to existing systems to support business growth and scalability.
Manage the dispute & claims handling process, including customer inquiries, escalations and resolutions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and warehouses to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
Implement best practices for inventory management, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment to meet customer expectations and optimize inventory turnover.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements and best practices along with providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the operations team to foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with system design and implementation, preferably in an ecommerce or supply chain environment.
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and systems/tools is a big plus.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and business-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
