Key Responsibilities
Office & Administration
• Coordinate daily office operations and internal communication.
• Maintain company documents, records, and general organization.
• Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide basic updates on ongoing tasks when required.
HR & Recruitment
• Support recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening coordination, and interview scheduling.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Track attendance and basic HR documentation.
Sales & Customer Support
• Support communication with customers and follow up on inquiries.
• Assist in preparing quotations, order details, and related documents.
• Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure timely responses.
Procurement, Logistics & Operations
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers for shipments.
• Support procurement activities, including supplier communication and quotation collection.
• Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and shipment progress.
Finance Coordination
• Coordinate with the accountant on invoices, payments, and supporting documents.
• Assist with basic banking-related procedures and document handling.
• Help track payments and expenses for internal reference.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, administration, HR, or a trading environment.
• Experience in import-export, chemicals, or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
• Able to work independently in a small team environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
