Operations Manager

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or manufacturing.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role, with at least 3 years of experience in a CNC Operations management role.
• English language - speaking, reading, and writing.
• MUST HAVE: Excellent understanding and experience of Production Planning and Launch processes.
o Develop a production plan to satisfy customer demand.
o Provide the plant with a production plan consistent with the plant capacity and sales forecast.
o Closely monitor the production process to ensure that production orders are completed on time and within budget.
o Monitor inventory levels and provide production status updates to management.
o Investigate production problems, analyze root causes, and provide solutions.
o Ensure that production materials are available, and equipment is maintained to run smoothly without interruption or risk of damage.
o Ensure QA/QC maintains/ensures highest quality from raw materials until finished goods.
• Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of production staff.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of CNC machines, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001.
Work Environment:
• Work Schedule: The CNC Operations Manager will work a standard full-time schedule, with occasional overtime required to meet production demands.
• Travel: The CNC Operations Manager may be required to travel to other plants or facilities to provide support or for training.
