Mô tả công việc

We are offering an exciting internship program (3-6 months) for final-year students or fresh graduates who are highly motivated and eager to learn. We are now looking for an operations intern.
The Operations Intern will assist with various operational functions of the office, making sure the office is managed effectively. The intern will also assist with some HR tasks.
Interns will have a great chance of being appointed a permanent role after the internship ends.
Responsibilities
Reception:
- Coordinate the distribution of incoming and outgoing mails
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Other tasks:
- Coordinate the issuance of office facilities such as access cards, mugs, keys...to staff and visitors;
- Coordinate the whole process of ordering lunch and snack;
- Ensure the office stuff in good conditions (such as stationeries);
- Prepare other administration reports as needed;
- Propose changes or solutions to improve office management when necessary;
- Provide logistics support for the company events, activities, etc. as required;
- Perform other tasks as needed. Provide general support to visitors

Yêu cầu công việc

- Final year or fresh graduate student with GPA 7.0 and higher
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with working in an international workplace is a plus
- Proactive, persistent, team-player and self-starter
- Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation skills and good attention to detail
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
