Mô tả công việc
Review, check, compare, and verify customer information.
Monitor and supervise market and trading transactions and activities of clients.
Receive and handle customer requests.
Manage and address problems during the operation of the trading system.
Issue warnings and promptly report incidents posing risks to the trading system, while proposing solutions.
Receive feedback and collaborate with professional units and technology partners to troubleshoot and resolve trading system issues.

Yêu cầu
Graduated from University/College.
Fluency in English.
Possesses a minimum of 1 year of experience in finance or related fields.
Proficient in analyzing and assessing various types of risks, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
Proficient in using office informatics software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
Strong command of English language, with effective communication abilities being a priority.
Displays creative thinking and logical reasoning in the workplace.
Fluency in English.
