Mô tả công việc
• Receive booking from sale and proceed booking and reconfirm all services: Hotel, transfer, tour guide, restaurant, price, flight, name & room list, diet, other services related to sale confirmation to clients
• Proceed & complete with the detailed cost in the files for tour guide and finance department.
• Monitor the tour and support clients throughout the trip
• Hand over all documents from tour guide to account department after the tour completed
• Establish, negotiate, and maintain contracts with local suppliers to ensure reliable partnerships. Find & promote new suppliers in each region.
• Continuously update and improve products and services to align with market trends and customer expectations.
• Coordinate and remotely monitor all on-site services to ensure smooth service deliver to customers and among company departments.
• Well communication with customers, tour guide, driver and suppliers on the trip to solve any issue happening during the trip.
• Perform other tasks from manager.
Yêu cầu
• University / Colleges: Bachelor's or Master's in Hotel / Tourism / Foreign languages / Management or other related majors
