Requirements
- Follow up with daily operations for logistics services such as International Transportation, Domestic Transportation or Customs Clearance
- Identify operational issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
- Manage Supplier's operations by measuring KPIs
- Able to work closely with all business stakeholders (Operations, Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Legal...) to ensure daily operations.
- Maintain efficient communication with Supplier regarding operations.
- Participate in the development of IT solutions to improve and develop IT solutions to serve customers' needs.
- Give feedback to the process regarding the issue for proper adjustment and avoiding future escalations.
- Analyze Supplier's data, such as KPI, costs, capacity, to give proper decision on assignment, exception resolving and procurement.
- Ensure that operations delivered timely and excellently to meet customers' satisfactions.
- Have the right to alert to line manager for any potential risks.
Qualifications
- Third or fourth-year students majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade University, Economics University and related universities or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- Able to work 3-4 days per week at the company or at least 100h/month.
- Proficient in information technology skill, with good in written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, quick-witten, energetic, have teamwork skills, possessing excellent communication skills with relevant departments.
- No prior experience required
