ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Intern will join the Oracle Consulting team and participate in projects implementing
Oracle Hyperion Planning
and Oracle solutions for enterprises.
The role includes supporting budget planning, forecasting, and management reporting. The Intern will receive training in corporate finance and OHP, while also gaining hands-on experience by participating directly in real-world projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. System Configuration Support
Support the development and maintenance of dimensions (Account, Entity, Period, Scenario, Version...) and related metadata.
Design and modify Web Forms and Dashboards based on user requirements.
Support the development and testing of basic Business Rules / Calculation Scripts under the guidance of Consultants.
2. Data and Integration
Prepare, clean, and load Actual and Budget data through Data Management / FDMEE.
Reconcile data between ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP) and Hyperion Planning.
3. Reporting and Smart View
Build reports and perform ad-hoc analysis using Smart View (Excel) and Financial Reports.
Support the validation of Plan vs. Actual reporting data.
4. Testing and Documentation
Participate in preparing test cases and performing functional testing (SIT).
Support UAT with customers.
Prepare User Guides, configuration documents, and meeting minutes.
5. Operational Support
Receive and handle basic user support requests during the go-live and operational phases.
REQUIREMENTS:
Third- or fourth-year students or recent graduates majoring in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of accounting and finance, including financial statements, P&L, budgeting, and costs.
Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas).
Strong logical thinking, attention to detail when working with data, and willingness to learn.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
