Mô tả công việc

- Customer Sales Operation & Management is responsible for all aspects of order processing and be a bridge to communicate with relevant parties to ensure shipments will be made in a timely manner smoothly.
- Collect manufacturer information, complete the order process, and plan and implement shipment process control.
- Communicate and respond to customers and related departments and daily emails.
- Make quotations and prepare relevant information for customer visits (sample, artwork, history of orders, etc.).
- Place orders, arrange the production process, and control all details of shipment (ship date, item date, price, artwork, etc.).
- Review inventory status and recommend order quantity.
- Provide historical data and prepare market strategies together with relevant departments.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education Requirements
- Have Bachelor degree or Master degree (2024 under graduated students or graduated from University within under 02 years)
- Major in Universities: Commercial English, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management
- GPA: 7.0/10 (Scale 10) or 3/4 (Scale 4)
- Fluently in English: IELTS 5.5/TOEFL iBT 61/TOEIC 750 (International Certificate)
- Good communication in Chinese is a plus
- Participate in extracurricular activities at universities is a plus (show certificates if any)
